After January 1, 2021, a corporation using in-house lobbyists is exempt from registration if its total bills for lobbying activities do not exceed and usually are not expected to exceed $14,000 throughout a quarterly period. The $3,000 income threshold per shopper for lobbying corporations stays unchanged.
