Character description + little sypnosis: [JAY POLLACK] Caucasian. Early 40s, An ambitious Assistant District Attorney Jay Pollack is the attorney for the prosecution, a man who usually follows the letter of the law. He is a former classmate of Zoe (Jennifer Beals) and she believes that Pollack's decisions are influenced by race. He's ready to put Cabe McNeil away for rape as well as the distribution of child porn. However, taking a hard look at the facts, he opts to drop all charges against the defendant.
